NSW ECEEN only collects and stores personal information when members and customers choose to provide it to us directly, such as when members apply for or renew their NSW ECEEN membership using our standard online form, or when customers use our online enquiry form to contact us. We may also collect information from you by email or when we talk with you over the telephone.
NSW ECEEN does not collect or hold sensitive information or health information.
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to fulfil our functions or activities. We use personal information primarily to contact members and customers and provide them with information they have requested, or information that is consistent with the NSW ECEEN’s mission and purpose.
We are committed to protecting any personal information that you provide to us, and will take all reasonable efforts to safeguard the personal information we collect and store. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your express consent, unless required by law. Your personal information may be stored electronically to facilitate future enquiries.

If you do not wish to provide us with certain information, you can contact ECEEN and speak with a Project Officer who can explain to you if there are any consequences for not providing the information, including any limits to the services we may be able to offer you.
